Ozzy: [exits the car n waited at the entrance for Thrax to catch up]

Ozzy: [took his hand, smiled n entered the precinct]

Thrax; 8looked round8

[the precinct looked like it had seen better days. Unlike Eduardo's office tht was busting with life n criminals being booked in n out all day, this plc looked like it had nvr seen a criminal in yrs or nvr evn caught a single break. The workers there were either at the computer going online or chatting or playing computer games or were at the break room reading, playing cards or just sipping at coffee aimlessly, n it was severely understaffed]

Ozzy: /Oi vey, its evn worse than my precinct bk in Frank/

Thrax; 8winced8

Ozzy: [approached the police counter, n typed on his phone to show the police clerk in charge there] I'm here to see Officer Devin O'Melanoma

Officer; 8looked at him with a arched brow8

Ozzy: [turned to Thrax for help]

Thrax; 8asked the officer for O'Melanoma8

Ozzy: [rolled his eyes] /I just showed him tht on my phone. Can't believe he rather talk to u than me/

8they were led to a back office8

Devin: [was sitting at his desk, clicking away boredly]

Thrax; 8clleared his throat8

Devin: [looked up] Oh hey. I remember u. I've been handling ur missing case

Ozzy: [nodded]

Thrax; We need to talk

Devin: [nodded] I'm all ears

Thrax; 8explained the situation8

Devin: I see. So ur thinking of liaison with us instead of Ed's precinct?

Ozzy: [nodded]

Devin: Yeah, I've dealt with Ed before. He's a bit of a hot head n can come out as brash, bt his heart is more or less in the right plc. I'm not sure wat I can do to help, tho. As u can see in our precinct, we dont get much action ard these parts. Our crime rates ard here are mediocre petty crimes at best

Thrax; 8rubbed his chin8

Ozzy: [gestured a "May I?" at the computer]

Devin: Sure? [moved aside]

Ozzy: [leans in to the computer, opened the notepad app n typed] It's alright, Devin. U sound like an upright guy n we trust u would be cool with us. Aftr all, who knws, u might catch a break wen ur with us on this partnership

Thrax; Depending how things go

Devin: [thought abt it] I guess I could use a little action. The biggest we had so far was ur disappearance. U might just prove interesting yet

Thrax; 8looked at ozzy8

Ozzy: [smiled n typed] U got urself a deal [held out his hand to shake]

Devin: [shook it] Welcome to Precinct 15

Thrax; 8shook his hand8

Ozzy: [gave him his business card, then typed] Any cases tht u hv tht needs solving?

Devin: Filing room is dwn at the basement. Knock urselves out

Thrax; 8lead ozzy down8

Ozzy: [entered the basement, n the guy in charge there was reading comic books with headphones on n his feet on the table counter]

Thrax; 8rolled his eyes, lifting the comic away8

Guy: Hey wat the... [sees Oz n Thrax, took off his headphones] Can I help u gentlemen?

Thrax; 8explained to him8

Guy: Hold up, lemme make a call to confirm [dialed Devin's line] Hey, O'Mel, u sent someone here to chk out case files? ...OK, yeah, alright, sure. Thanks for the headsup [hangs up] Yeah, all good, go ahead to the bk. Plenty for u to choose frm [snatches the comic bk frm Thrax, put on the headphones n returned to his position]

Thrax; 8glared then headed to the room8

Ozzy: [followed behind him n looked ard at the slightly vacant space] Wow, looks like the filing room has more room than it should

Thrax; 8quickly sorted them n smirked8

Ozzy: [looked thru the files n vetoed out the ones tht was not worth taking]

Thrax; 8llooked through a few8

Ozzy: /I got some unsolved burglaries n some cold cases, minor crimes/

Thrax; same here

Ozzy: /I suppose we could take these/

Thrax; 8sorted them out8

Ozzy: [found an empty unwanted box for him to put the files]

Thrax; 8imput the files n lifted the box8

Ozzy: [walked behind him as they left the filing room, waving at the officer sitting there still reading his comics]

Guy: [caught his wave frm the corner of his eye n waved bk, not looking up frm his comic]

Thrax; 8rolled his eyes8

Ozzy: [giggled quietly] /Can't blame him, this precinct havent seen action in a long time. I wonder why tho. Prolly coz their plc is out in the boonies/

Ozzy: /I'll hv to get home to draw up a written agreement so tht Devin can sign n say tht we're working with him now/
