*the gang stayed for a time until Dray has fully recovered, n soon, the time was right for the gang to leave*

Hope; I hope mom n dad aren't worried

Terry: Wat r u doing? I dont think we need tht. Its not ours to begin with. We did come here with nothing

Sakura; 8glared at him, showing the pack which was her own backpack with her family symbol on the pockets8 Anything I've borrowed I've returned

Terry: Huh, I didnt remember u carrying tht along wen we were sucked into tht vortex before

Sakura; Never leave home without it

Terry: A gift frm ur dad, I suppose?

Sakura; 8smiled her father's smirk8

Terry: *grinned n kissed her cheek* Ur such a spitfire. Bt ur MY spitfire

Sakura; 8nipped his ear8

Terry: *chuckled*

Terra: Hey guys, I think we're ready. The wisemen had summoned the spirit of the land

8they joined the group8

*the wisemen were at the open field, summoning the sand!Thailog out n the rest of the gang were ready, except Dray*

Carlos: Eh? Auntie Dray! Arent u coming?

Dray: *hesitated for a bit, then stepped bk n took Acacia's hand* No. I think this is where I belong, kids. My work in curing the cold in Goliath City is done. I'm staying

Terra: *smiled at how sweet this moment felt*

Acacia; 8squeezed her hand gently8

Carlos: Wohoo! U go, Auntie Dray!

Terry: Best of luck in ur new world

Jared: *signed* We'll explain to Uncle Drix wen we get home

Dray: U kids take care now! Send my regards to the family, n goodbye!

Sakura; We will

*the sand!Thailog nodded with a smile, bowed with gratitude at the group, then extended his hand wordlessly n the gang soon found themselves floating dwn another vortex*

Acacia; 8waved to the group as they disappeared8

Dray: *waved too, then leans in to kiss Acacia on the cheek*

Safia: *shook her head n sighed in defeat, smiling at them*

8the two nuzzled close8

TOYLB: Trials & Tribulations- Season 5-10

*they soon arrived slightly faster bk to Acacia's kingdom as they rode non-stop*

Safia: *spots them at a distance with her telescope* Mistress! I see them! They've returned!

Acacia; 8ran down the steps8

Safia: *followed behind her*

Terry: *stops the horse* Woah! We're here!

Terra: *jumps dwn to call for help for Dray*

8a few palace came down8

Safia: *got to the wagon first n saw the situation* Mistress, Dray is infected! We need the wisemen! N someone to carry her in!

Acacia; 8instructed a few to bring her in then left to get the Wiseman8

*the men carried Dray into the infirmary*

Sakura; 8stretched the kiricks out of her back8

*the Wisemen soon came in n locked the doors of the infirmary, keeping evryone out*

Jared: *looked up n noticed Acacia's worried look on her face n tugged her dress lightly*

Acacia; 8looked down at him8

Jared: *signed* She'll be alright. Don't worry

Carlos: *translates for him*

Acacia; 8smiled softly8

*it was almost a few hours before the Wisemen came out*

8everyone looked up8

Wisemen: We've managed to extract the parasite n hv it contained, tho it has damaged much of Ms Dray's body. Bt her fighting spirit is strong. She may be severely injured, bt she will pull thru. Its likely she might hv pretty bad scarring

Acacia; 8winced8

Carlos: At least she's alive

Terry: Can we visit her?

Wisemen: Only one person at a time

Jared: *nudged Acacia*

Acacia; 8stepped forward8

Wisemen: *made way for her to enter*

Acacia; 8quietly entered8

Dray: *was covered in bandages n was laying in bed, breathing shallow breaths. She has a few wounds here n there, bt the most prominent was on her chest, where the bandages were the thickest*

Acacia; 8swallowed8

Dray: *stirred a little, n opened her eyes* Nnhh...Acacia...?

Acacia; 8sat beside her8

Dray: *was a little drugged for the pain as she smiled silly* Hey, we did it. We won... We defeated the entity

Acacia; 8bit her lip8

Dray: *stroke her hand* Can I tell u a secret...? I fell in love with u...the vry first moment I saw u... Ur so beautiful...N so caring to ur subjects... Bt I wasnt sure if u'd fall for a lowly commoner like me... *her drugged state seemed to hv open her mouth to pour her heart out*

Acacia; 8felt her face heat up9

Dray: I've decided...I want to stay...I want to properly court u... I love u...Acacia... *finally succumb to the drugs n fell asleep*

Acacia; 8her face was scarlet8

Dray: *snored silently*

Acacia; 8quietly left8

Terry: *sees her come out* How is she?

Terra: Is she doing OK?

Acacia; She's asleep now

Jared: *noticed her face was quite flushed n grinned mischievously at her*

Acacia; 8shook her head to clear it8

Carlos: R we going home now?

Acacia; I'm not sure young one

Terra: I suppose we'll hv to wait n see then

*the gang rode dwn to their destination, encountering more bizarre phenomenons along the way, bt nothing life-threatening, before they finally reached the abandoned chapel*

Sakura; 8examined it8

*it was reli rundwn, like it been gone thru a bulldozer or something, bt otherwise it was still quite intact on certain plcs*

Terry: This the plc?

Rory; Sems so

*the rest got off*

Carlos; Wow, looks like a storm hit it or something

Jared: *snorted humorously n nodded*

Sakura; 8scanned it8

Dray: Get suited up, kids. Dont wanna go in unprepared

*all the kids tht got weapons n tools frm the Wisemen went to get them out of the wagon*

Rory; 8inhaled deeply8

Dray: *set the wagon aside where no one can steal it n prepped her cannon* Stay close

Sakura; 8looked round8

*the gang ventured into the chapel, occasionally sounds of low growling could be heard*

8they kept on aler8

Dray: *traced the source of the low growling dwn towards the wine cellar of the chapel* Comin' frm here. Go look for a trap door or something. It sounds deeper underground

Rory; 8looked round then heard a hallow tapping, finding the door

Terra: Found it, Ms Dray

Dray: *nodded n went forrth, dusting off the sand n rubble to reveal the wooden door* Step bk. Lemme open it

8the kids braced themselves8

Dray: 8used her strength as a cold pill to yank the trap door open, n a powerful heat wave seemed to emit frm it*

Terry: Woah! Tht's hot stuff!

Jared: *bked away frm the heat*

Rory; 8stood his ground8

Carlos: Sis, see if ur spell books got something tht can block us frm the heat

Juanita; 8looked through them8

*the spell book had one for cooling spell protection*

Juanita; Got it 8started8

*the spell worked n covered the whole gang*

Jared: *shivered*

Rory; Let's go

Dray: *led the way as she got all the kids on her shoulders n climbed dwn the stairs dwn into the underground*

Sakura; 8looked round8

*the heat was still rumbling, bt at least they had the cooling spell to protect them*

Dray: *finds a torch* Here, Juanita, light it up with the matches in ur kit

Rory; 8blow a flame onto the oiled-rag8

Dray: Or tht would work too *held the torch out n continued leading the way*

8the kids followed8

*the gang kept going until they found themselves in the heart of the underground, literally where something seemed to be attached to a pulsing organism, like a parasite*

Dray: Woah...Tht's the entity?

Sakura; 8scanned it8

*the parasite made a hissing sound*

Rory; 8snarled8

Dray: C'mon, lets get this ovr with *was abt to aim her cannon at the parasite wen a loud roar rang thru the entire undergrd*

Jared: *gasped*

Carlos: Wat in the world is that?!

Terry: I dunno, bt better brace ourselves!

Sakura; 8hissed8

8they formed a circle8

*suddenly out of the darkness, a huge naga showed up,, almost the size of a huge full-grown dragon, circling them*

Naga: Well, well, well, looks who's here? A long overdue meal, I presume~?

Sakura; 8snarled8

Dray: We're here to destroy u, u beast! U've terrorized Goliath long enough!

Naga: *laughed* Destroy me? U n ur puny little cubs?

Rory; 8licked his lips, his eyes twisted into that of a beast on the hunt8

Terry: Oh u'd be surprised wat we "puny little cubs" can do

Carlos: CHARGE!!

8they attacked8

*the gang attacked, Sakura n Rory with their fists, Terry with his sword, Terra with her slingshot, Carlos with his double dagger, Jared with the bow n arrow, Hope with the shuriken n Dray with her cannon, while Juanita kept a safe distance n used spells on the naga*

8Sakura n Rory transformed, shreading the naga b tearing her apart8

*all the kids (except Juanita) transformed too, tho since they're a little younger, their transformation was not tht prominent, bt they all had the same appetite as Sakura n Rory too as they did it in*

Naga: *roared in disbelief as she was being shredded*

Dray: *surprised at the turn of events*

Sakura; 8smirked as she ripped out the naga's heart8

Dray: *took the opportunity to use her gadget to try n carve out the parasite frm the pulsing organism*

Carlos: *gutted the naga*

Rory; 8beheaded her8

Dray: Juanita, help me out to get rid of this parasite

Juanita; 8nods, firing an energy blast8

Dray: Almost there, maybe give it a bit more juice *kept on carving too*

Juanita; 8fired several more8

Dray: *was almost done wen the parasite suddenly let out a loud screech, splayed out n wrapped itself ard her, infecting her*

Carlos: Auntie Dray!!

8Rory n Sakura finished the naga then went after the parasite8

Terry: *stopped the two* No! Stop! Don't provoke it! U'll get infected too!

Terra: We better bring her bk to the mistress. She might be able to help, or her wisemen could

Terry: Right, some of u go get the wagon. Jared, can u levitate her?

Jared: *nodded, signed to Juanita* Gimme extra juice too with ur spellbook

Juanita; 8nods8

Jared: *concentrated n levitated Dray just enough for the older kids to support her*

*evryone made their way out of the undergrd tunnel*

Sakura; 8had put a expansion spell on her bag as she store some of the meat in containers for later8

Terry: C'mon, Terra, lets both take the reigns of this horse. Evryone get into the wagon. We're heading bk to Acacia's

8everyone got in8

*Terry n Terra took the reigns n rode the carriage dwn bk to Acacia's kingdom while the other kids tend to Dray's wounds*

Sakura; 8looked over them8

*the parasite had a stronghold on Dray, spreading thru her chest*

Jared: *whimpered, hoping she would be OK*

Sakura; 8bit into the parasite, using the same technique as her father8

*the parasite hissed n arched out, shooting out prickles tht cut her tongue*

Carlos: *pulled her away* No, Sakura. This is something tht I think only the wisemen can handle. Dont hurt urself ovr it

Jared: *nodded n signed* Yes, pls, sis. We dunno wat this thing might do to u. It might latch onto u. Let them handle it wen we get bk

*the gang took a long journey dwn ahead, consulting the map n encountering a lot of strange phenomenons along the way*

Rory; 8looked round8

*it was nightfall, n as they continued dwn the road, they were being surrounded by firefly-like creatures, fluttering abt their wagon*

Sakura; 8was in a daze7

Terry: *sees the "fireflies" n reach out to capture one, cupping it in his hands* Look, sweetie. For u *hands it to Sakura*

Sakura; 8looked at the firefly then started singing as she lay back8

8the fireflies started dancing round her as a soft wind was felt8

Rory; 8seemed to be in a trace8

Terra: *watched in fascination, as did her twin brother*

Carlos: Woah~ Wat is tht song?

Hope; Not sure

Jared: *signed* Sounds almost African

Terry: It sounds beautiful *released the firefly to let it join the dance*

Dray: *double-chked on the kids, making sure they were OK before carrying on with the journey*

Sakura; 8soon finished te sound, slightly drifting off8

Terry: *cuddled her close, drifting off too*

*all the kids soon drifted off*

Sakura; 8purred in her sleep8

Dray: *seeing tht all the kids were asleep, drove their carriage to a nearby forest, parked just below a big tree n scooted into the wagon to join them in sleep*

8the night was peaceful, Sakura's song could be heard on the wind8

*the gang slept thru the night, n the nxt morning they were awakened by loud chirping of the early birds*

Sakura; 8got up n started to do some morning Tai-Chi8

Terry: *woke up n joined her*

Dray: *got up too n got out the tools to make breakfast*

Rory; 8soon woke n did his own morning excurises8

Jared: *helped Dray out with the breakfast*

*the other kids explored into the forest, bt not too far, to collect anything edible to refill their stock for their journey*

Sakura; 8inhaled deeply8

Dray: Breakfast time, kids. Grab a plate

8the came over8

Dray: *made oatmeal n scrambled eggs, n dished them out for all the kids before had her portion*

8each ate their usual amount8

Carlos: How far r we now?

Dray: *consulted the map* Not too far, it is said the thing resides somewhere in an abandoned chapel. Frm my calculations, it should be a few more miles up north

Sakura; 8finished her's8

Dray: U kids can go stretch ur legs a little more, then we will get bk on the road

Sakura; It's only a few miles

Dray: *nodded* Alright. C'mon, hop in. Let's get going *went to take the reigns again*

8they all got in8

Dray: *started the horse n got the wagon going*

8they all sat back8

8Sakura n Rory had gotten up a couple hours earlier for morning training8

Jared&Carlos: *sorta slept in*

Dray: *was already awake n was in the public bath, soaking n enjoying her warm bath*

8the two siblings were practicing Tai Chi in the garden8

*Terry n Terra watched them do it while reading up more on the realm's history*

Sakura; 8inhaled deeply8

Safia: *showed up* Breakfast is almost ready~

Rory; Thank you

Safia; *went to wake the other children who were sleeping in*

Dray: *finished her soaking n came out with only her towel, n bumped across Acacia* Oh! Umm...Uhh...Sorry

Acacia; Good mouro to you miss

Dray: *blushed* Umm, yeah, good morning...Uhh, did u sleep well, mistress?

Acacia; I slept well, thank you

Dray: Uhh, well, uh, ur servant said breakfast is almost ready...So, uhh, I'll go...get ready... *rushes off to her room, blushing hard at being seen like this*

Acacia; 8arched her brow

*soon eveyone was ready for breakfast, tho Jared was still nodding off at the table*

Rory; 8sighed in frustration8

Carlos: *sucked his finger n stuck it into Jared's ear, giving him a wet willie, giggling*

Jared: *snorted awake n glared at Carlos with an "Eeeww~" look*

Sakura; 8rolled her eyes as she sat up straight8

*food soon was served, n evryone tucked in*

Terra: *took her usual big helping*

Safia: The wisemen r ready to meet with u once u've done breakfast

Dray: *nodded* Thanks. We look forward to completing this quest

Carlos: N go home. I miss Mami already...

Sakura; And mother's probably worried out of his mind

Jared: *nodded in agreement*

Terry: Well, lets hustle then. The sooner we finish breakfast, the sooner we can all finish this quest n go home

8everyone was soon done8

Safia: *waited for them n once they were done, led them out of the mansion n to another building nxt to it where the wisemen resides*

Sakura; 8made a mental note of the design8

*the other kids also marvelled at the design*

Dray: *was still thinking abt Acacia as she followed Safia's lead*

Rory; 8looked round8

Safia: *soon brought them into a grand hall where the wisemen were sitting in council* The foreigners r here, milord

Wisemen: *nodded* U may leave us now

Safia: *nodded n left*

8the group looked up8

Wisemen: Thank u, fellow foreigners, for coming at the time of our need. I hope we hv not inconvenienced all of u in anyway for being summoned here

Carlos: No, bt we'd like to get it done ASAP so we can go home

8the others agreed8

Dray: Why us anyways? Couldnt u find others tht r, I dunno, not children?

Wisemen: We're sorry for tht, bt we r desperate, n we didnt choose u specifically. The spirit of this land summons u

Jared: *signed* U mean tht sand creature tht looks like Thailog?

Sakura; 8was in deep thought8

Wisemen: Anyways, we hv prepared some tools n essentials n weapons for u on ur quest. Feel free to choose which one suits u

Dray: I've got my cannon gun, so I'm good

Sakura; Rory n I prfer hand to hand

Jared: *found himself a bow n arrows*

Carlos: *picked a double dagger*

Terry: I prefer using weapons *picked a sword*

Terra: A little extra help wouldnt hurt *picked a slingshot*

Hope; 8took the shiniken8

Carlos: I knw u dont like hitting ppl, sis. Here *gave her a spell book n medicine kit* U can hv this

Juanita; 8took it, thanking him8

Wisemen: We shall bless u all with a protection spell, so tht u won't be harmed by anything lethal *waved their wands, shimmering golden mists on all of them*

8Rory n Sakura deflected the spell before it touched them8

Terry: *rolled his eyes*

Terra: Why did u do tht for, Rory? U need all the help u can get

Sakura; 8scoffed8

Terry: Nvm them, sis. U knw how stubborn they r

Wisemen: We've prepared ur ride for u. Safe journey now, young ones

Dray: *nodded as they were escorted by Safia outdoors*

8the kids folowed8

*there was a carriage wagon waiting outside, pulled by a cell-equivalent of a horse*

Dray: So am I taking reigns on this thing?

Safia: Yup. U knw how to ride, dont u?

Dray: I can manage *sees Acacia coming* Hello, Mistress. Come to see us off?

Acacia; I have

Dray: *smiled* I will return victorious. So pls wait for me *takes her hand n kisses it*

Acacia; 8blushed8

Dray: *helped the kids up into the wagon before going to the driver side n took the horse's reigns*

Jared: *waved to Acacia n the ppl*

8they waved back8

Dray: Well, onward to our journey then *started the horses n they went on their way*
