Morty: How did ur day go? Was The Plains visit a success?

Julius; It was

Morty: Tht's good. I was a little worried since u were a little late *stroke his baby bump* U want something to eat?

Julius; I'm fine

Morty: Hv something to drink then. Aida made hot chocolate for u before she went to bed. I'll reheat it

Julius; 8siled softly8

Morty: *reheated the hot chocolate n handed it to him* Happy Mothers' Day, frm all of us, Aida n Excalibur included

Julius; 8gently sips it8

Morty: *leaned close n nuzzled his baby bump* Our little precious got to meet their grandmother, huh? So lucky

Julius; 8giggled8

Morty: How's the hot chocolate? Still good?

Julius; It is

Morty: Actually Aida wanted to get chocolate for u for Mother's Day, n she saved enough coins to do so too, bt Excalibur is being ovrprotective n wouldnt allow her to go out shopping alone, n I couldnt accompany her bcoz Leah's shorthanded since one waitress is on maternity leave n a few went bk to school, so she had to settle for the nxt best thing

Julius; 8smiled softly8

Morty: Of course, she cried for quite a bit before she waged cold war against Excalibur n gave him the silent treatment all day. Poor mutt had been feeling dwn all day coz of tht. Definitely a bit of ur temper tantrum style

Julius; 8gripped his hand hard, almost breaking it8

Morty: *winced, tho his pain tolerance was much better than most* C'mon, lovebug, u knw I'm kidding *purred n nuzzled him to calm him dwn*

Julius; 8snorted8

Morty: Dont worry abt Aida tho, her tantrum will pass n she'll forget vry quickly abt her being mad at Excalibur *chuckles*

Julius; But Excalibar need to ease off

Morty: He's a dog, its in his nature to protect pups in the pack. Dont worry, he wont be tht bad once Aida gets older

Julius; 8rolled his eyes as he finished his drink8

Morty: *took the glass frm him n washed it* I've prepared a hot bath for u. Go ahead n take it, u deserve the relaxation

Julius; 8thanked him then headed upstairs8

Ricardo: Hey, hon. Welcome home. How'd it go?

Ricardo: *smiled happily* Tht's great. I suppose tht's why u were late

Antonio; We stayed there for quite a while

Ricardo: Wow, all ur mothers, huh? Must be an awesome gathering

Ricardo: *tries to change the subjext* Look at wat the little bambino-s made for me

Ricardo: *showed him tht it was a hand-drawn book. It was a little bit messy with the staples n duct tape, bt it was still quite pretty, n inside, the kids had collaborated to draw n write a story which is a mish-mash of spice of life, fantasy, action n mystery*

Antonio; 8smiled8

Ricardo: Look, lets read it

*the story started with the whole family hving a hearty breakfast at the verandah where they were approached by a gargoyle cell saying tht they r being chosen to embark on a quest to defeat a demon virus threatening to kill City of Goliath. They were bestowed with power n brought to travel in a parallel world within City of Goliath, n their journey was obviously made on the fly thanks to the kids' imagination, n aftr destroying the virus, they were presented with a gift of gold, turned bk to normal ppl n made it home in time for a hearty dinner*

Antonio; 8chuckled8

Ricardo: Heh, I can tell who did which one. Carlos definitely wrote the story, Juanita drew the people n Milagro did the bkgrd n special effect judging by these cute scrawlings

Antonio; 8siled8

Ricardo: Juanita's drawings r nice. Given a chance n the motivation, she can be a book illustrator

Antonio; Just needs practice in the following years

Ricardo: *smiled n held the book close* This is going into my personal bookcase in our room

Ricardo: *blushed a little n deliberated a little before he took out a tiny parcel* Umm...I knw its not exactly vry orthodox bt... *hands it to Antonio* Here

Antonio; Early for Father's Day or our aniversary

*inside it was a used pregnancy test stick n it was positive*

Ricardo: *looked away, a little shy as he swung his feet to n fro, a small habit of his whenevr he's nervous*

Ricardo: *bit his lip, then looked at him shyly, blushing as he lifted his shirt, showing the small ball inside him*

Antonio; 8stood up then scooped him up n spun him around8

Ricardo: *giggled n held onto him* Careful, ur gonna make our bambino dizzy

Ricardo: *kissed him bk n giggled* U like ur gift?
