*Hecro n Miracle were still in the hospital, recuperating frm birth for the nxt few days*
Alexis; 8stroked his daughter's hair8
Hippolyta: *still nursing frm Miracle, which was an hour ago*
Alexis; 8hoped her appitite would ease as she got older8
Miracle: *was looking a little worse for wear frm the feeding*
Alexis; 8looked at him with worry8
Miracle: *seemed to hv gotten a little thinner*
Alexis; Miracle/
Miracle: Hmm? *sees Hippolyta finally finished feeding n burped her*
Alexis; Are you ok/
Miracle: Yeah, I'm fine. Just *yawns* a little tired *he was drained frm the feeding*
Alexis; 8gently took their daughter8
Miracle: *fell asleep straightaway*
Hippolyta: *sucked her thumb as she nuzzled against her father*
Alexis; 8rocked her gently but called for a doctor8
Hecro: *was abt to visit them wen he saw the doctor* Something wrong?
Alxis; Miracle's not well
Hecro: Oh my. *watches as the doctor chks him*
Alexis; 8bit his lip8
Doctor: Since wen has he started to become like this?
Alexis; The last couple of days
Doctor: It seems tht he had been rather malnourished somehow
Alexis; How?
Doctor: Has he been eating properly?
Alexis; I've always made sure
Doctor: Is there by any chance he's nursing?
Hecro: *watches on worriedly*
Alexis; Of course he is you should know that
Doctor: How big is ur child's appetite?
Alexis; She's a hearty eater
Doctor: Then tht is probably the problem. Mothers eat to replenish the nourishment in their bodies so tht they could feed their child, bt if the child is eating more than wht the mother can afford to replenish bk, the extra reserve nutrient within the body will hv to compensate for the extra feeding
Alexis; I see, is there a way to help him/
Doctor: I suggest tht u give him some energy drink before feeding time, n during feeding time, hv him munching on something. Feed him something in intervals, n give him lots of snacks. Just try to keep him eating, bt dont force too much at one time
Alexis; Right
Doctor: For now, I'm gonna issue some IV drips *hooks one for Miracle* Remember, keep him eating
Alexis; 8nods8 But only what he can
Doctor: *nods n left*
Hecro: Oi vey, I guess tht's the reason why he had such strong cravings n appetite wen he was pregnant
Alexis; 8nods, biting his lip8
Hecro: The doctor makes Polly sounds like a vampire or something
Alexis; It's not her fault
Hecro: I knw tht, bt poor Miracle...
Alexis; 8massaged his temples8
Hecro: I guess for now u'll hv to heed the doc's advice
Alexis; 8nodded8
Miracle: *continued to sleep, gaining a bit of colour frm the IV drops*
Alexis; 8stroked his daughter's cheek8
Hippolyta: *gurgled n looked up at him n smiled*
Alexis; 8smiled gently8
Hecro: *smiled before leaving to his own room*
Maximus; 8was cooing to his son8
Hecro: Hey, Chris. How's Alakay doing?
Maximus; He's do really well
Alakay: *reaches up n whimpered, wanting to be fed*
Hecro: Alright, baby. Feeding time for u
Maximus; 8gently handed him their son8
Hecro: *lifted his shirt n fed him, in which Alakay fed happily*
Maximus; 8smiled8
Hecro: Something happened to Miracle just now
Maximus; Is he alright/
Hecro: *told him abt wht happened*
Maximus; 8bit his lip8
Hecro: Now he's gonna hv to keep eating as long as he is nursing Polly
Maximus; Least Alexis will see they're both doing well
Hecro: Yeah. I knw Alexis totally loves Miracle n Polly to bits *chuckles*
Maximus; 8smirked8
Alakay: *finished his feeding*
Hecro: *picked him up ovr his shoulder n burped him*
Maximus; 8smiled at the scene8
Hecro: *lulled the baby to sleep before gently putting him in his crib* He is such an angel
Maximus; 8smiles8 He is
Hecro: I suppose we owed it partially to Shane for his birth
Maximus; 8chuckled8
Hecro: Shane is gonna be all ovr him n so in love with him once I get discharged
Maximus; That she will
Hecro: I just still worry abt Miracle n Polly, especially wen she is at the feeding stage n can only be weaned off once she's 1 yr old
Maximus; 8nods8
Hecro: Just hope Alex follows the doctor's advice
