Klepta: [was letting Edi gnaw on her chew toy] Geez, Loki's mom is a piece of work, ain't she?

Rouge; I'd call her worse

Klepta: Must be some kind of accident to cause her legs to be amputated. Prolly a factory worker, maybe?

Rouge; Possible

Klepta: She sure sounds like she's a bit of a bitter woman tho

Rouge; Bitter doesn't begin to describe her

Klepta: I'm surprised she didn't qualify for benefits or anything, I thought with her being a disabled single mother with 5 kids, she should get some sort of funding

Rouge; She is on benefits but it doesn't seem to be enough at least to her

Klepta: Donations? Charity?

Rouge; She doesn't trust them

Klepta: I guess I can't blame her, there are some fraudulent charities who pockets the money instead of actually donating them

Rouge; 8sighs8

Klepta: Tbh, I can see where's she's heading at. I mean, Loki had to quit school ever since his father died to support his family, n she had to work probably long hours to feed the family as well, n now with her legs gone, she probably feels useless, n that's why she's bitter. She probably couldn't bear the idea of her other kids missing out on wat Loki had to sacrifice, or the idea that her own kids had to support the family at such a young age wen she is still young and able

Rouge; That still doesn't excuse her behaviour

Klepta: True. She knew we're The Biotics. She could tell we're rich. But to refuse u n ur money, that takes a lot of pride... And ego

Rouge; Too much of it

Klepta: So wat's Loki gonna do? His mom definitely gave him an ultimatum there

Rouge; 8was silent8

Klepta: Out of ideas, huh?

Rouge; 8gripped his fist8

Klepta: I'm sure an opportunity will come along n we'll be able to figure it out

Rouge; 8to himself8 Before Loki makes another stupid mistake

[the rest of the day went by without much, Loki was still pretty much keeping to himself all day n all night, just doing his chores n looking aftr Edi and Crystal quietly, n evn as the night ended n Loki lay nxt to Rouge to hit the hay (he has officially moved into Rouge's room evr since Rouge confessed his love to him), he hasnt said a word]

Lavinia: Yeah, I nvr expected him to actually slap a cripple just like tht. I thought he would've had more restraint

Lavatina; Well that bitch didn't help matters with what she said

Klepta: True. Bt I think she got to Loki the most. He's been silent all day
