Leah; 8set some clean dishes away8

Ricardo: *wiped some of the empty tables*

Morty: *just came out frm stock-chking* Hey, Leah. How's things at home? Has Drix been better?

Leah; Getting there

Morty: Heh, I can tell. U came to work today 'blooming', so to speak *grins*

Leah; 8went scarlet8

Morty: *chuckles* Well, at least tht's good news. Hopefully he'll be bk to his old self soon

Leah; So do I

Morty: Btw, evr thought of slightly expanding a little? Its getting a little too crowded in this restaurant n we're getting an extra good flow of customers these days

Ricardo: Si, esp wen the new cells hv came out frm hibernation n stuff

Leah; How?

Morty: Well, we could always use the extra floor up. I heard there's supposed to be an entrance somewhere on the upstairs dining tht leads to a newer floor up

Leah; 8looked round8

Ricardo: Awesome. A treasure hunt. Lets go find it

Julian; 8rolled his eyes8

Ricardo: *joined Morty up to the upstairs dining to find the entrance*

Leah; 8looked round8

Morty: Found anything?

Ricardo: Nope, still searching *tapping the walls to see if there was a hidden door somewhere*

Leah; 8ran her hands against the ceiling8

Morty: *was leaning against one of the walls near the upstairs toilet for guests wen he suddenly fell in* Woah~!

Julius; 8came over8

Ricardo: Woah, wat happened?

Morty: This wall suddenly gave way n... *looks up* Hey, its a stairway! I think we found it

Julius; 8shined a torch upstairs8

*the stairway led to a sort of attic-ish room upstairs tht looked like it used to be an old storage*

Leah; 8looked round8

Ricardo: See anything interesting?

Morty: Looks like an old storage plc to me

Julius; 8looked at the boxes and items8

*there were old records of the previous owners of the plc, bt most of the stuff ard were junk*

Ricardo: Hey, found some nice recipe books. Maybe we can borrow them or let Di sell them for half-price

Morty: Well, this was technically a restaurant on its own before u guys bought this ovr

Leah; 8looked through the records8

*the records were mostly monetary records, showing a steady business at the beginning of the yrs, then slowly a decline wen there was a change in management*

Leah; 8scratched her head8

*the records then showed tht the business worsen aftr Goliath became the thousand yr stone as evryone was locked in n food was getting scarce. It barely managed for 10 yrs before it became shut dwn for good*

Leah; 8bit her lip8

Morty: Anything useful here in those records, boss?

Leah; 8showed him8

Morty: *looked thru* Woah, looks like this plc had been gone for a gajillion yrs before u guys took ovr

Julius; 8rolls his eyes8 More like forcenturies or so before closing

Ricardo: Well, this looks pretty alright, nice n spacious, maybe good for ppl who want to book a private room. We just need to knock on the walls a bit to add more windows

Leah; 8nods8

Morty: Bt first we need to get rid of these old junk here n do a little spring cleaning n renovation

Leah; 8lifted a few boxes8

Morty: *joined in, bringing Excalibur to help*

Ricardo: *called for Antonio n helped out too*

Antonio; 8joined them8

*the restaurant crew also came to help move n dust the place*

Ricardo: *helped make calls with the ppl who helped them renovate the restaurant to make an appointment for another renovation for this new floor*

Morty: So, wat r we gonna do with these recipe books? Keep em or give em to Di?

Leah; Keep them if they're useful

Morty: Cool, I'll add it into the office shelves then *brought them to the office*

Leah; 8drew out a few plans8

Ricardo: Wat abt all this old junk?

Morty: We can sort it out n see which ones would work nice for the restaurant. The rest we can sell it off to pawn shops or second hand shops

Julius; 8looked them over8

*most of the stuff were super junk, some not practical, bt there were a few decors tht were nice for the restaurant*

Julius; 8set these aaside8

Morty: *helped picked some too out of the pile*

Leah; 8loked round9

*there was a picture at the corner of tht room, n it seemed to show a family picture of the last owners of the restaurant*

Leah; 8picked it up9

*they were all dressed in restaurant attire, showing tht this restaurant was apparently a family business*

Leah; 8smiled8

Ricardo: *saw it* Tht the previous owner?

Leah; And his family

Ricardo: Nice. We could put it at the receptionist counter, like a piece of history

Leah; 8nods8 8wiping the dust off the nameplate8

*the nameplate reveals "PRIMROSE CLAN: PUCK RESTAURANT & CATERING"*

Leah; Puck?

Ricardo: Huh, I guess they named their restaurant aftr tht crafty elf

Julius; Seems so

Ricardo: Tht's original *was being a bit sarcastic*

Antonio; 8glared at him8

Ricardo: *raised a brow* Wat?

Morty: Neways, the renovation guys said they'll be here first thing tomorrow aftrnoon. I suppose we need to close the restaurant for a while for the renovations

8everyone nodded8

Ricardo: *brings out the 'CLOSED FOR RENOVATION' sign n hung it out the door*

Leah; 8looked at the family photo8

Morty: See anything interesting in there, boss?

Leah; Vondering if any of the family's still around

Morty: Its been a thousand yrs since then, they've prolly thinned out or gone or something

Leah; 8looked at it8 Possib;y

Morty: So, is tht gonna go on the wall of the receptionist counter?

Leah; 8nods8

Morty: Sweet *carries the junk tht was not needed* Well, better bring these to pawn shops n second-hand shops *whistled for Excalibur*

8the dog ran up to him8

Morty: *climbs up* Brb, boss *turns to Julius* Wanna come with me, lovebug?

Julius; 8sat next to him and held on8

Morty: Lets go, pup *clicked his heels*
